H1B第5年，H1B 10月份到期，有140 approved . 雇主是10几人的小公司，在做政府的
project，公司与政府五年的合同，合同明年2月到期。
现在USCIS要求证明Employer-employee关系。因为公司注册地与工作地点不同。
有什么好方法能延3年？如果把合同给USCIS看，律师说USCIS很有可能就只延期到明年2
月（他们经手过这种案例）。
问一下谁有这方面的经验。多谢

iphone获准解锁，需要restore，请问这个过程会被自动升级成最新IOS吗？我的4s还是
喜欢6.0系统。不过iTune里面显示“the newest version of the Apple software
will be installed,怕怕
谁能帮忙解惑一下，谢谢

不过我也不买one x

Go search at trackitt and you will find this is a fairly standard request.
Find a good and experienced lawyer for H1B, they should have some standard
protocol to show there are employer-employee relationships.

昨晚搞定了，自己iphone里面reset，重新开机让初始化的时候不动，直接连接itune，
等一会儿就显示解锁了，继续restore自己的备份，维持老版本ios，谢谢楼上的

i am not worried too much about the E-E relationship.
I worry more about the contract my employer is going to show USCIS, it is
only valid through the end of Feb 2013, and there is a big chance USCIS only
extend my H1B to Feb 2013

不需要restore，直接插目标sim卡，连wifi或itunes即可解锁

不明白，让你证明EE的关系，又不是让你证明E-C的关系。你都说了，你不担心EE关系
，那就是律师是事B，没要E-C关系，你提供这个干吗？

reset实际上也是不需要的。恭喜解锁

这个是没办法的，除非你能让政府出一份长一点的合同，现在的确是掐着合同时间给的。

律师的意思是只有合同才能有效证明我的工作地点和公司的地址不同的合法合理性
