Couldn't breathe, felt faint, heart beats very quickly, had some delusions,
extreme fear that I had a heart attack and might die immediately. At that time
I hesitated to go to sleep because my panic usually happens at night and I
thought that no one would know if I woke up dying. At the beginning I trie to
cope with it myself and thought I would be crasy. Finally the doctors assured
me that I'm totally healthy and they told me to use deep breathe skills to
control panics. Also I found out the re

I can't name many of them. But it includes blood test, ETG?? or something like
that to test the heart (I went to emergency room once and thought that I had a
heart attack or something else serious). Also I went to see doctors for
several times until one internal doctor recognized what was wrong (I'm
surprised that normal physicians had no idea of anxiety symptoms). She gave me
zoloft and I took it, without thinking about the medicine's purpose. The
doctor didn't tell me why I should take zoloft.
