keep doing stupid things..
can not stop blaming myself..
depressed everyday
can not do things efficiently
goes to a bad cycle...
And, I can not find a friend or anybody to talk with....
Is not that sad?
But my life is just end up like this..
somtimes, i just do one thing wrong,
then the whole life goes to a bad cycle..
want to find somewhere safe
and hind there..

what do you mean "stupid things"?
谁能每件事情都做得完美精确呢？
学着不要太多责怪自己，试着想：
1.这件事情没有达到我理想的境界是可以理解的，不证明i am a total failure.
2.试着换位，如果是其他人做了同样的事情，你也会那样苛刻吗？
有一个朋友可以talk with是很宝贵的，你现在没有，也不意味着你就多么与众不同的
可怜。可以慢慢试着交些朋友，主动一点。
恶性循环是可能的
不过也是可以打破的，start with一个环节，就是改变自己的心态！
同一个事情，可以有无数个不同的看法，你现在偏偏选择了negative的那个
训练的方法就是，每次有negative thought的时候，就问自己，会不会有别的解释？无
论你多么坚信自己第一个想法有多么的正确。然后，试着从一个让你开心的角度去看待
这件事。
还有，就是事实并不像你想像的那么严重。例如我有的时候觉得自己一句话把别人得罪
了，然后总是后悔那句话，可事实上人家根本没在意。

you should force yourself to join some activities and make a few good friend
s who share your thoughts and feelings and can have gathering from time to t
ime.
besides, lower your level of expectation to release the frustration; no one
is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, so do not blame yourself when you ca
nnot do things well.
being happy is all that matters, but you have to force yourself to live in a
healthy life style with a possitive attitude toward life.
