小弟准备在国内坐东航的飞机，打电话给东航客服，没人接 ：（
谁知道东航的国内航线 （比如北京到上海）免费行李托运的限制？
还有，小弟的票是联程，两段都是东航的，中间转机的时候还需要把行李取出来重新
check in 否？
如果第一趟航班延误，对第二趟是不是可以免费转签？
对国内航空公司的规矩不熟啊。。。

打扰各位！我J1的DS2019表是今年9月1日到期，去年11月中旬申请了豁免，现在正等待
中，预计2月
中旬能拿到I-797。请问到时候换H1B签证需要去什么地方，是国外（比如加拿大或其他
国家）的美国大
使馆么？另外哪位能给一个J1变H1B的详细材料清单？J1需要EAD么？谢谢！

老妈去年8月底签的B2，去年9月来美国呆了不到三个月就回去了（毕业典礼后），今年
暑假趁着签证还
有效就又来美国帮我们照顾小孩（8月生的），这次入境给了6个月，到2月底。
我刚开始工作，LP还上学，而且又是刚搬到新地方来，需要老妈继续照顾，所以想给老
妈延期半年到明年8月，但是这么做的风险就是老妈以后的签证可能会有困难。 另外一
个想法是让老妈1月回国看看，签证，如果能通过就再来半年。两个方法都不是很保险，
都有可能被拒。如果回去签证，有这么快刚出美国就新签B2的例子吗？
请大伙给点参考意见吧。我们家的情况是老爸已去世，老妈一直在家没工作过（不到60
岁），有房产。我上有哥下有妹。 不知这种情况能否证明老妈和国内有strong tie.

我目前是H1身份，8月去加拿大开会，想顺便去美国使馆签证，明年回国方便些。不知
道会不会有风险。
听说H1不用美国签证就可以入境，签证官会不会问为什么要签证？应该怎么回答？有经
验的朋友能不能

中学生逼着同学吃屎，这事儿你听说过吗？如果你家孩子被人逼着吃屎，你要怎么处理
这事儿？是拎刀砍人，还是求助于警方？
如果警方拍拍你的肩膀，都是学生，都不满18周岁，都是未成年人，不予追究刑事责任
，你怎么着呢？
最轻的罚责，我认为是应该逼着吃屎的人再吃回来，你逼着我吃一两，我逼着你吃一斤
，这一点都不过分吧？
最近，北京延庆警方通报“中学生被逼吃粪便”事件
延庆警方经调查，网传延庆二中学生受辱视频内容属实，反映的情况发生于2017年6月
22
日上午课间。此前，被侵害人还曾遭到涉案学生索要钱财累计100余元和伤害身体等欺凌
。经鉴定，该学生身体所受损伤构成轻微伤。
7名涉案学生在其监护人的陪同下依法接受了警方调查，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理
处罚法》规定，涉案学生构成寻衅滋事违法行为。其中，5人被给予行政拘留并处罚款处
罚，因属已满14周岁不满16周岁依法不执行行政拘留处罚，2人因不满14周岁依法不予处
罚，责令其监护人严加管教。
共建良好的校园秩序，是学校和社会的共同目标。公安机关将协同有关部门，持续加强
校园安全教育，不断推进平安校园建设。
如果，如此严重的校园暴力犯罪，就这么完了，那势必会导致更大的校园暴力犯罪！
难道，所谓的不满14周岁，或者是不满16周岁的所有犯罪都可以是无罪吗？尤其是北京
的孩子，现在16岁的都多大个儿了，难道他不知道什么是好什么是坏什么是香什么是臭
吗？你能逼着别人吃屎，你自己咋不吃屎？
如果警方不把这种事弄清楚，那势必会导致非常严重的后果，如果，吃屎学生和家长得
不到最基本的心理安抚，家长一怒，抿了这几个小兔崽子，不是不可能吧？
说白了，不处罚当然可以，让孩子家长父母和孩子自己吃屎，每人一斤，吃完了此事算
完，我觉得这也算是公平合理。
如此之校园暴力，警方竟然以神马未成年人不予追究来糊弄过去。如果，前些年制定的
法律有问题，那就修改法律。现在的16岁男孩，弄死个人都轻轻松松，你还所谓的未成
年人保护法，保护他什么？保护他继续犯罪吗？
现在的校园暴力愈演愈烈，如果警方这样轻描淡写的就处理了，那么以后此类事件只能
是越来越多，根本就起不到警示的作用。
即便，这几个畜生有未成年人保护法护着，那么他们的父母呢，也是未成年人吗？子不
教，父之过啊。如此严重的恶性犯罪，家长理应难逃其就吧？
而且，吃屎的学生至少必须得到相应的精神赔偿吧？我个人觉得，都给传网上去了，其
精神损失巨大，注定要伴其孩子一生，我个人觉得啊，100万精神赔偿，算是最低标准了
。7个孩子，赔吧，每家也就十多万，不到15万，他们拿得出来，但是伤筋动骨，这样他
们能记住，这事儿也算是妥善解决了。
吃屎的孩子，也可以拿着这笔钱，择地另生，它炉再造！

J1需要EAD么, No
H1B的详细材料清单, ask your Institute ISO
到时候换H1B签证需要去什么地方, just stay in USA until you get new I-797 and
(approve notice) and new I-94.
