据说这个城市有一千万人口，
有的住花园别墅，有的住胡同平屋，有的住在海里头；
可是我们没有一席之地，弟兄们，我们没有一席之地。
This city is said to house ten million people,
Some in gardened villas, some in cold-water flats, and some in the sea.
But we have no place to sleep, O brother, no place to sleep.

hehe.. this is one of my favourite Auden poem...

Say this city has ten million souls,
Some are living in mansions, some are living in holes:
