In the Registry Editor, expand in turn the folders KEY_CLASSES_ROOT,
exefile, shell, open, command. In the right-hand
pane, double-click on "(Default)" and then change it so it contains
the following: "%1" %* (it should look exactly like the screenshot
below). Click OK to commit the change.
