300K 左右的低价房子，SV也开始下跌了，2002年初是顶点。
我是从政府公布的房价指数上看到的，用EXEL画下指数就可以
推敲出来了：

this reminds me of the first time i heard of con-CA words,
"yeah, CA is great, they got beaches, but the roads to beaches
are always jammed so we won't live there"
so here we have,
"yeah, CA is great, they got good stuff, but SV's housing is so
expensive that it makes CA so bad"
curiously, can it explain why bay area jumped from no.7 to
no.3 chinese population in less than ten years?
and why are those chinese people still living here, are they
either stupid idiots, pathetic losers or mindless st
