我辞职了。
If you have any company stock options, you have the right to exercise your
vested options after your termination date, pursuant to the terms of the
Plan and/or Grant Agreement under which your option(s) was granted, but in
no event later than the option expiration date.
什么叫"exercise"? 是不是sell?

如果给你的excise price比市场价低，你就可以拿差价嘛
反之就没搞头了

呵呵，建议google搞清楚stock option是怎么回事，长期受益。
option不是实际股票，只是一种期权，即你有权力在X月X日之前以YY(固定)价格购买比
如3000股你们公司股票，在这天作废之前，不管你们公司股票涨了还是跌了，你的这个
权力都是存在的，涨了马上买进来然后卖掉，套现获利。如果跌了，跌破了你这个YY固
定价，你再买进就是傻子。
vested只是代表目前你只有比如500股这样操作的权利，假设公司总共给你3000的话，
按服务年限一点点给你。
