我填错了应税收入导致退税金额比正确的金额要多。我知道要设法改正。有两个选择：
1，在4月15之前寄1040X和多出部分的支票给IRS；2 等拿到退税之后再寄1040X和支票。
我倾向于 2。 不过不知道我填错了税表还能拿到退税么？另外填错了税表罚款很多么？

我刚问了我的律师，他说 it's all up to the schools and there is no law on
this (scholarship or tuition waiver)
i am still waiting on him about the assistantship, and will update if i hear
more from him.

scholarship可以，但还要看学校规定。
TA/RA应该不行吧，H4不能工作的。
