蛋白水平是可以比较的, RNA的不知道.
应该也可以吧. 但得先设一系列的梯度, 可能要对2个基因各设一套. 然后根据PCR产物的量推断RNA
的绝对含量.

我觉得应该可以比,但是我们一般不这样比,我们只是比同各基因,在不同sample中的表
达差异.
不同的基因,即使有差异,又怎么解释呢?有些基因,即使增加1倍,也会有很大的效应.相
对另外一些基因,即使增加很多倍,效应也很小.所以我觉得主要看你的实验目的,看对比
这种差异是否有意义.

如果要比较的话可以先做标准曲线，然后得出copy number 再来比

in theory, it is really painful to compare different genes transcript
expression level by qPCR. you have to go down to the "absolute" number of
transcript. in this situation, relative fold doesn't work. you have to make
known copy number of genes as standard. even after that, you can't be sure
that in your system that PCR efficiency for different sets of primers would
behave the same.
I would say if your difference is kind of dramatic (in relative method), you
would be confident to show the diff
expression level by qPCR. you have to go down to the "absolute" number of

“表达量”是个什么概念？
如果是同一基因，在不同samples里（或者说不同条件下），表达有量化的差异，那么
RT-PCR完全可以说明问题。因为除转录之外的其它环节是恒定的。
不同基因，即使在同一sample里，即使mRNA产量有区别，又能说明什么？毕竟翻译、修
饰、激活、生物学活性的调节、失活、降解的机制与效率不同。
但是，如果仅仅想表示两个基因的转录数量有差异，你的数据就可以用。当然，你必须
证明做RT-PCR的时候，两套基因的逆转录效率和PCR扩增效率是相同的或者可比的。

温和比较好，什么事情走极端就不好了。
信心不是靠辩论出来的，个人觉得辩论的确有弊端。
真正的信心是理性和感性的结合。
信心也可以求得的，信心可以像种子发芽那样长大，耶稣说芥菜仔虽小，可是慢慢长成
大树般的植物。
撒种的，浇水的，不算什么，使信心成长的是上帝。
