请哪位好心的过来人介绍一下现在H1B回国签证预约的流程及付费问题。新规定是必须
到这个网站注册，缴费，和预约：http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn_zh/cn-niv-paymentinfo.asp
但该网站只收国内银行的借记卡。是否只有请国内的人在国内付费后，再把缴费收据号
码告诉我，我才能在该网站预约面签？H4也要签携行，是否要在该网站注册独立的帐户
和重复以上步骤？新规定好像对我们在海外的人更不方便了。
有谁知道广州H1B签证预约到什么时候了？谢谢！

study a drug，found cell cycle arrest in either G1 or G2/M （different cell
lines）. also,E2F1 was downregulated ( western blot for both cell lines）。
can I say cell cycle arrest comes from E2F1 downregulated？

先填DS160,然后注册，一直到付费那一步，会得到一个CGI参考号码，把这个号码和护
照号（最好发个护照照片过去）告诉国内亲友去中信交钱后，然后你就可以预约时间了。
其他不晓得。

还是好好想想我的问题，美国为啥需要给eb2们发绿卡吧。给eb2绿卡和不给到底有啥区
别？

也许不够确切吧。
如果你再re-introduce E2F1, 在为drug未处理对照组有相似E2F1 level情况下，可以
rescue或部分rescue drug引起的cell cycle arrest, 应该更有说服力。

this is not absolutely true
since at the beginning of next fiscal yr....
I bet the processing speeds would be a lot different between I and C
Just like what happened in this fiscal yr....
but if we aim further towards the end of next yr....
the big picture would be like we definately need 13k SO to clearn up 2007
mess....

如果同时看到Rb也被downregulated,和E2F1downregulation有关吗? Rb好像不是E2F1的

Dont know exactly when....
supposed that all the PDs in July are evenly distributed
by consuming our own quota (EB2C), with PWMB of EB2C taken into account
you are expecting to be current in June or July of 2012, the latest
by consuming our own quota (EB2C), without PWMB of EB2C taken into account
you are expecting to be current in May or June of 2012, the latest
Well, things keep changing from time to time....by then there might be some
of SO availabe just like what happened this year, which might speeds up the
PD movement
Keep fingers crossing....
