看来赚到了，发了个email的到如下：
Dear xx,
I understand your concern regarding 30,000 Starpoints offer and I apologize
for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to inform you that 30,000 Starpoints are issued 8 to 12 weeks
after the $1,000 spend threshold is reached.
I see that you completed the spend threshold of $1,000 on August 22, 2010.
Therefore, you should have received these bonus points by November 22, 2010.
However, it seems due to a technical error, you have not received these
bonus points and I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to assure you that I have forwarded your request to the
concerned department and you will receive these 30,000 bonus points within 7
to 10 business days.
In light of the inconvenience caused, I have issued 3,000 Starpoints to your
account as goodwill and these will reflect to your Starwood account within
3 -5 days.
I hope I was able to assist you appropriately. If there is any other way in

梅德韦杰夫计划在本月22日登上俄日争议岛屿----南千岛群岛（日称“北方四岛”）展
开工作访问。其实北方四岛从历史来说本来就是属于日本的，是根据二战后的雅尔塔协
定，才被苏联占据，目前属于俄罗斯的。虽然俄罗斯几次表示要归还其中几个稍微小一
点的岛屿，但谁都知道，他们只是说说而已。苏联解体后，俄罗斯目前是世界领土最大
的国家，这个野蛮的民族一直热衷于扩张领土，他们到了新世纪仍在在做这样的事情。
前不久他们就已经吞并了克里米亚。
虽然他们如此霸道，但从国家利益来看也没什么错误。我联想到中国的钓鱼岛问题，中
国的领导人可要窝囊多了，虽然我听过他们的军队发言也表态必要的时候会采取武力手
段，其实谁都知道中国军队根本没什么战斗力，因为武力强大的国家没有那个小国会去
招惹。虽然俄罗斯的GDP要落后中国，但他们继承了冷战时期的武器科技，仍然很强大
。而中国，虽然有了一艘航母，但南海问题仍然无法解决。不知道什么时候，中国的领
导人也能像俄罗斯的领导人那样很牛X的登上钓鱼岛，那样可真让华人感觉自豪了。
