正在买foreclosure的房子，银行给了5000块的closing credit,怎么用这些钱呢？我的
agent说除了downpayment外，什么都可以用。但是，我去要Good faith Estimate的时
候，broker又说inspection, apprisial什么的不能用。
有些糊涂，有经验的人来说说吧。
- 怎样把这些credit用得最尽。inspection怎么用，直接和inspector说我们用closing
credit付吗？
- apprisial一定要pay up-front吗？如果是这样，就没法用closing credit了吧？有
人用过closing credit 来付吗？怎么弄？
- 怎样找好的lender/broker?在加州。最怕贷款下不来。
- 请在加州湾区（东湾）的XDJM们推荐一下好的inspector吧。我们想查一下general,
radon和termite三项。

team as a Research Associate. Working side by side with some of the most
talented people in biotechnology, the successful applicant will participate
in semi-independent product research efforts targeted at driving either the

currently in our portfolio. Interested candidates should have an MS or BS in
Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or
a related discipline. Qualified applicants must have a good understanding
of bioinformatics, molecular and cell biology and should also have a solid
knowledge of DNA cloning and sequencing, PCR and RT-PCR, isolation of high-
molecular weight genomic DNA from various organisms (e.g. mammals, plants,
fungi, bacteria), construction of genomic libraries. A deep-understanding of
major next-generation sequencing platforms, software packages used in next
generation sequencing data analysis and visualization, and public genomic
databases are important for success in this position. Candidates with
programming experience such as R, perl and Pathon will be strongly preferred
. Familiarity with statistics and high-throughput data analysis and Linux/
Unix operation systems are a plus. Excellent organization and communication
skills, both oral and written, are required as are strong analytical skills
and attention to detail. . Salary is competitive and commensurate on

如果你的名字不幸太普通，一下出来一堆hit。那就要怪爹妈没给起好名字了。

一般来说FBI Fingerprint Check和FBI Name Check是同时开始的。
所以如果收到FP notice，说明那边开始启动了。当然，FP不是开始Name check的必要
条件，但是可以大致用来估计name check开始的时间。
