There are several discussions about job title for EB1-B application. Some
said that titles like ** engineer are also acceptable. The important thing
is that the job description must show my work is closely related to research
. Is this job description the one that was posted on web to hire me or is it
a different one that is given specifically to explain what I am doing to
CIS? Thank you very much for your time.

他自己的PCR结果一团糟，然后就得出推测：NgAgo是一个连接酶！
他的意思，含有NgAgo基因的质粒进入细胞后，被翻译为NgAgo蛋白，然后这个蛋白存在
(污染？)于提纯基因组DNA的产物中，在PCR反应的条件下(55度)，这个污染的NgAgo就
有了活性，把primer连接到DNA上。
而且的而且，如果primer浓度非常高的话，就降解了这个NgAgo，使其失活。
这种想象力也太丰富。

My Hypothesis on how NgAgo function:
After these series of experiments, these are my thoughts on NgAgo. Firstly,
as many elsewhare found, I have found strictly NO EVIDENCE for a genome
editing with NgAgo after multiple attempts with various settings and 3
different genes. Secondly I found instead a ‘Ligase’ like
activity of NgAgo under normal PCR conditions, which has strictly nothing to
do with the endonuclease activity claimed in Han’s paper. It seems to
me that the NgAgo enzyme needs to be heated over 50ºC to function,
which is in direct contradiction to the Han’s paper.

It's better/essential to have an employment verification letter to state
your job focusing on research.

eb1b actually doesn't need the real job advertisement.
Part of the application, though, asks you to present a job letter from your
employment. In such a letter, *research* and *permanent* are the keywords.

真是奇怪的言论，学术交流为什么非得完全依靠杂志？私人面谈、网络讨论、学术会议
，哪个比杂志投稿差。140个实验室都去投稿质疑，杂志会挨个发表吗？不发表就不能

文章引起的褒奖和质疑，本质上都是对文章内容的意见而已。前一类意见可以从新华社
媒体到微博到微信到百度帖吧一路发布扩散畅通无阻，后一类意见必须限制在刊出原文
章的杂志？这是什么逻辑？

韩老师可从来不认为自己“搞错了”，而且认为有二十多个实验室成功重复，认为大家
做不出来是大家的水平有问题。说“失误”和“故意造假”在很难区分就是欺负不读
paper、不写paper的人了。
另外建议一下摆正心态，天外有天，人外有人，有的人科学确实做的好。
