网上11月2号sent notice.11月5号物理信箱收到approved notice. 现在还木有收到卡
,中间搬过家。是不是寄丢了,有啥办法查一下么,谢谢

i used to see a post saying that you can do SR to get a tracking number of
the priority mail that send out your card. Not sure the detail on how to get
such a SR.

我的卡真的是寄丢了。10月27号批的,10月31号寄出来的,到现在都没收到。老大的卡
早就收到了。我还去了post office, 里面的工作人员说如果没有tracking number他们
没有办法。我现在只有等了。也打了电话去service request, 他们也帮不上忙。真是
郁闷。

after 10 days or so you will get an email said
your card was mailed out and tracking # is blabla....

打电话给USCIS要你的邮件的TRACK NUM.
1-800-375-5283
Option 1->1->1->2->2
L1接电话后,告诉他你的GC寄出来了,你想知道TRACK NUM.让他转L2 OFFICER.
转到L2 后,说你想知道GC寄出的TRACK NUM和邮寄地址.
如果寄出的话,就有NUM.如果还没寄的话,过一天再打.
如果寄错地址,可以自己去邮局取.但是必须在邮件分发之前.
如果没有收到,打电话给USCIS.
给个包子吧.

我打电话了,但是接电话的人没有提供tracking number,只是说10月31号已经寄出来
了。过了两天收到uscis的邮件,邮件里也没有提到tracking number.下面是他们发给
我的邮件。
The status of this service request is:
Since the date we received your request, we have approved your case and an
approval notice was sent on October 31, 2011, to the address we have on file
. Please check with your local Post Office for undeliverable mail. Your
document has not been returned to us. If you do not receive the notice
within 30 days, and you want an official duplicate for your records, you
will need to file a Form I-824 Application for Action on an Approved
Application or Petition. You can download this form by visiting our website
at www.uscis.gov.
We have updated your address in our system and on your application or
petition. Thank you for notifying us of your change of address. If you
change your address in the future, please contact customer service at the
number provided below.
If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service
Center at 1-800-375-5283.
During the above referenced call, you or your representative requested that
we update your address. Please note that there are instances when we are
not able to update an address. We will notify you if we were unable to
update your address. If we are able to update your address, we will do so
