请教各位，我半个月前面试的一个学校，我是他们最后面试的一个，面试完一直没消息
，早上发了个信给search committee chair，结果他回信如下：
The system is now in charge! Dr.XXX (Department Chair) is working to get
consensus among several groups and appropriation of salary and startup funds
. In the past this has taken between one and 6 weeks - depending on the
players that want to get involved, their agenda, and travel schedule.
We enjoyed your visit, and I’m hoping for the best.
Let us know if your situation changes. As of now we recognize that you are
looking, might take another opportunity, but are still available for XXX (
their university's name).
