PhD from top US school;
~10 Journal papers + ~10 conference papers;
~20 self-citation + ~2 independent citations;
Below is my RFE letter. Please help! Thx!
My RFE:
The record claims you meet criteria numbers two, four, five and six of Title
8 Code of Federal Regulations Part 204.5(h)(3).
The record shows you do meet criterion number four. However, the record is
more problematic regarding the remaining criteria.
Regarding the second criterion, the record establishes you belong

50w/ch ; 2 channels.
speaker: Polk audio tsi-100 (pair)
89db/w ; recommend 20-100w.
一是觉得功放的50w在市面上算是比较小的，所以怀疑会不会唱起来声音太小。
二是，这个speaker是两只(pair)，但是不确定能否将这两只分别接到功放的两个
channal；如果能的话，则可以让两只都推到50w；不知道这样声音是否够足。

细胞计数板的说明显示四方格的尺寸为1 mmX1 mm。但用显微镜自带的软件上的ruler测
定的结果为1.2X1.2 mm （填写的物镜和目镜的放大倍数应该是正确的）。这只会是显
微镜的问题吗？计数板不应该不准确吧？

应该是1x1的。你这个要么显微镜软件问题，要么人家是1.2x1.2x25/36的？比较奇怪

try to find everything that could prove your contribution such as presention
you did before, emails from your collaborators, or .....

高干子女？家里是不是很有钱？她回答不是，老夫说看你这身穿着还不如老夫家的保姆
小薛，不像是个投胎中彩的“成功女士”，以后想当集团公司总裁、拎着路易威登的包
出没于人民大会堂，基本没啥指望了。但你人长得还算漂亮，皮肤细嫩，身材也凹凸有
致，你唯一的希望就是嫁个成功男士。这个小伙子相貌虽然不差，但一看就是个家境贫
寒的穷学生，你跟着他混下去等于是自残人生，老夫好心劝你一句，还是甩了他吧，老
夫有几个战友的孙子都混得不错，可以介绍给你。
旁边那小伙子听到这番话不乐意了，气愤地说我是家境贫寒的穷学

Thank you all for insightful input, which makes me think that arguments can
still be made. BTW, my case is with TSC.
I was invited to review a journal paper and this paper cites me
independently. May I use this as evidence?

why did that show up in google scholar？
Did you count citations use google scholar? You need to provide IO a list.

Regarding the fifth criterion, the record, particularly in the form of
reference letters, shows you have done some fine work in engineering.
However, and with all due respect, nothing in the evidence documents or
establishes you have made any truly original and major contribution to
engineering or any related field that highly influenced a significant
portion of similarly employed engineers and/or researchers.

that is a soft evidence. You need some hard evidences.
