被另外一个division的pm要求share proposal用于他们的workshop，他说我可以说no，
这种情况说no是不是以后就不要想从那个program拿钱了？如果说了yes，我好多task还
没有开始做。

博士后申请，对方老板AP，老是回Sounds good. 我这个人很Chinese. 老外说这个话总
觉得是有很多隐诙意思，心里不舒服。请版上朋友说说老外是囗头禅还是不满意，还是
敷衍了事?我很讨厌对方这么回复，让我多心。

If it is a NSF proposal, I think you should share it with others. Actually
based on the Federal Act or Requirement, all proposals should be shared with
the public. It is a honor to share your proposal for a workshop. Helping
others while helping yourself.

I don't think all proposals can be shared. Actually majority of them
contain propriety information and cannot be shared
