急问，PERM广告是否要Post在Monster.com上?
小公司(不到五十人)。劳工部的网站和大报纸的两个周日版是一定的Post。Local报纸
和无线电台也准备Post。
另外的，公司的律师准备Post到Monster.com，他说因为公司太小，如果Post在公司网
站上，移民局可能会说访问公司网站的人少，可能会导致Audit.
但是我很担心Post在Monster.com上可能会受到很多简历。
请大侠们支招！多谢！
另外，如果需要Post在Monster.com上，Post多久比较合适？

Anyone remember the rough range of total protein input? I will do a serial
dilution next week,just want to be cautious as the 1st experiment.The manual
didn't say much about this. BTW, the protein extractant is from tissue
samples.

我测的是pAMPK by elisa，查paper和email用过这个kit的人告诉我100ug/well.我想问
一下你是怎样从组织中提取蛋白的，我提出来的，不是失活就是量太少，检测不出来啊

My tissue sample was homogenizd by micropestle in RIPA buffer+protease
inhibitors. The serial dilution results confirmed what you said 100ug/well,
cause my 1mg/well input showed strong signal from ERK and pERK both. I
boild my sample for 5 mins to denature proteins, not sure about your protein
. I am having some trouble in Standard curve now,but I will find out
tomorrow.

No. Immigration law firm is not allowed to look at the resumes before the
employer does.

Usually an internet job search website is used instead of employer website
posting, because the latter attrachs too much attention. But in your case,
the employer website posting may have adventage. The attorney is too
conservative in my opinion, to want to use monster.com instead of employer
website posting.
