One postdoctoral position is immediately available to work on computational analysis of complex genomic data. Expertise in the use of R is essential. The applicant will participate in a team of molecular and computational biologists to develop probability model-based methods to analyze the three- dimensional organization of the genome in the eukaryotic nucleus using Hi-C approaches (Hou et al. Mol Cell 48, 471-484; Phillips-Cremins et al. Cell 153, 1281-95).
