有公司愿意给offer 也给办h1b 可是公司说需要我是OPT
但是因为某些原因我不能申请OPT 但是可以申请CPT
公司好像不太明白CPT 不想帮我申请

是不是只要HR同意就可以了？还是非得公司律师办呢？我在想如果HR同意，公司律师不
同意，那么我是不是可以自己file呢？ 谢谢。

和我情况一样。我打算先交了140，收到receipt再让律师PP

BU 没有tenure.260个申请算少的了。
而且给那么点钱，在波士顿很难养家。

本来就不是所有的公司/学校都支持用CPT full time 工作的
CPT的目的原本是为了国际学生实习的临时工作许可
再试试好好跟公司商量商量。。

我原来的系里面也是200多人投，先选10个人skype,最后选4个人来面试，来的各个都是
多篇CNS，多个院士和大牛做推荐人。

Maybe your research topic did not align the goal (they do not care about tm/
dnlg) or overlapped with other faculties already. Genomcis? Stem cells?
