新房子。邻居也是老中。HOA批准landscaping的信上明确写了树枝不能过界。
邻居刚种了好几棵树，基本上是齐着边种的。树比较大，高。树枝伸过来很多，将来长
大还会触到我家房子的墙，窗户和gutter。
看到很不爽。将来长大了伸过来倒也罢了，现在就这样。觉得对我们相当不尊重。
怎么办？大家有没有类似的情况。

找邻居商量。邻居说我家要旅游去了。两个礼拜以后再回来。你去和我做院子的人商量
。结果这个做院子的人还特别横。说他就只愿意把树往邻居家方向挪不到一个foot的距
离。这样其实还是有很多枝叶会伸过来。我说再多挪一点， 一个半foot吧。他说我还
不挪了，你自己去找HOA吧。
我家做院子我非常注意。我也知道可以去找HOA。本着不想伤和气的原则。朋友说有规定的话，邻居伸过来的树枝我都可以剪掉。可他种的是比较高的Palm tree。以后长的更高了还不好剪。我可能还要雇人来剪。
你说这都什么事。给我造成麻烦还不讲理。
