You Will:
1. Develop automated high-throughput proteomics sample preparation method
with automation workstation system
2. Evaluate the performance of different methods in shotgun proteomics
experiment
3. Assist running analysis of various types of the samples
You Have:
1. BS/MS in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or other related fields
2. Hands on experiences on protein extraction, quantification, digestion
3. Experiences and knowledge with mass spectrometer and other bioanalytical
instruments
4. Hands on experience with MS-based proteomics and data analysis preferred
but not required
5. Experience with automation workstation or liquid handler preferred but
not required
6. Experience with high-throughput sample preparation method development
preferred but not required
