如果得以通过，广大中国和印度的绿卡申请者将会受益。
我的一个印度同事一直在一个印度人的组织做游说工作，现在这项法案在参议院受阻，
委托我在这里发帖，希望广大中国人参与请愿运动。

Need code example for the followings, C# or C++ preferred, but other

如果使用标准documentclass的话，article和report缺省是oneside，左右边距大致相
等，最多差1pt。book缺省是twoside，奇数页右边距大，偶数页左边距大。
你说的这种左边都比右边大，不知道什么原理。
