If you use Ms., you still need her last name, which will be her husband's last
name if she is married (by American convention).
In a nutshell, use Ms. when you are not sure about her marital status. It's
safer than using Miss or Mrs. unless you are sure that she prefers to be
addressed in the latter ways.
