If you manage a few million dollars for yourself and some friends, and you
generate good income from trading/investing.
Is there a good way to decrease tax burden such as setting up a invesment
company?

本人不高，以前一直买S号的裤子和上衣，一直刚好。
从去年开始，找无袖的tee或者运动裤，都是很长。肩膀手臂那里s号的都很fit，但是
腰部和腿部因为衣服过长，整体显得很大。
哪里可以买到短板的男生上衣和裤子阿？运动类的。

Even all your partners/investors are all US based ?
I am thinking if the company is at a state of no state income tax
That part can be saved

my impression is that if you want to manage other's money, the best
way to do is offshore. i believe u could get everything setup within 30k
cost.
