turned around in April and in 2006 in May.

local low/bottom in first half of 2001 was 3/22/2001.
you are right on the 2006 one. market was hanging there up down within 3%
range for 2 months.
astrologer is always trying to hide some outliers. hehe

I think we should see a significant counter rally late in the month,
