I got an offer (from company B) last Wednesday which expires today. I
responded last Thursday for base salary increase (only 3k) to match another
one (company A). I have not heard back from the head hunter or the HM.
Should I accept it later today? Or should I just wait until they get back to
me even if the offer deadline is passed?
A little background.
1. I am currently working for a company (company A) which is willing to
relocate me to a large city with salary increase. But I have not got an
official transfer offer due to the company working on an investment deal
with a venture capital firm. Everything with company A is oral.
2. I went for on-site interview with company B last Tuesday. The interview
went very well. 30 minutes after I left, the head hunter called me at my
hotel and told me they decided to hire me.
3. An offer letter from company B was emailed to me last Wednesday.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated!!!

案例：
这个mm在美国，bf在国内，mm也是准备海归的，bf过1,2个月就来看她一次，在国内给
她办了一个信用卡付卡，让她在美国用，自己的钱都存起来，她买什么都用那个付款。
mm也很少用，几乎都自己刷自己的卡。此bf总是把mm的要求作为第一位的，mm其实很懂
事，也很少说无理要求什么。
他在魔都有一套房子，写在他自己的名字下面的，认识mm之前就买了，老家那里有两套
房子是父母买的。mm在美国，附近房子很便宜，他转了首付的美金过来给mm买房子，
高潮部分：
mm说想再投资一套，男人二话不说就转美金过来。
点评：
此mm挺厉害，放长线钓大鱼。男的给她信用卡shopping就不用，给她房子就不客气
了，还说要再买一套投资。
所以，先要摆出自己不爱钱的样子，才能得到更多的钱喔～
先要让男人认定你的态度和人品，和他在一起不是为了财产，他才能把你纳入信任的范
围，给你更多的财产。
反之，先要让女人认为你追她不是为了sex，女的才能信任男人，和男人玩各种姿势的
sex。

I really want to go with company B and leave the current one (company A) due
to:
1. There are plenty of job opportunities in company B's loaction while there
are almost no other opportunities in company A's current and new locations.
2. For company A, the place where I am now is too small (a college town) and
housing in the place where they can relocate me to is expensive. While the
living cost in company B's location is relatively cheaper.
3. I am more interested in what company B is doing.

Call the recruiter or the HM and tell them directly that:
1, You like company B very much
2, You would accept the offer immediately if they agree with the salary
increase
3, Double check the deadline ..
