我的FSA是5000，去年交给daycare的远多于这个数，看了下2441表，好像一个孩子最多
只能申请
3000的credit。那么由于我的FSA超过这个数，我就不能claim这个credit了，我的理解
对吗？

题外：好不容易想出来的方法被MatLab证明是没有用的，郁闷了。继续用我的啰嗦来胡
扯。
选择天秤作为第二个来写的星座，因为这是身边的人里除了蝎子之外最多也目前来看最
熟悉的星星。顺便输入的时候才发现应该念 tian cheng，而不是 tian ping。（老实
说，我对于这个能否写好很怀疑，轻拍）。
认识的天秤确实对得起帅哥美女这个说法，不是惊艳的那种，但是起码给人的第一印象
都不错。耐看度不一。但是至于外貌，我并不是那么看重。看的久了，喜欢了，怎么都
是美的。
但是天秤确实爱美，虽然她们自己嘴上可能不承认——我认识的天秤一半承认一半坚决
不承认吧。她们对自己外表的在乎程度到了几乎挑剔的地步，于是导致了矛盾的心态，
时而自恋，时而却讨厌自己的外表。
天秤的矛盾也表现在她们对日常生活的处理。
往往是优柔寡断的，但是却不愿意别人拿这个来说事，于是努力的表现自己。天秤的社
交能力普遍不错，似乎天生就有能力让别人来喜欢自己。但是有时候天秤过于希望得到
旁人的好感了，不论是公开的场合，还是私下，于是天秤也许会有点失却了自己得天独
厚的能力，反而让有些人觉得了虚伪。所幸，天秤还是得天独厚的，所
扯。

Honestly speaking, if LZ has no experiences in large-scale software
developments or some years industry experiences for software development,
change the topic.
Read too many BS papers in software engineer. Those papers like to create
the buzz words and put the old beef inside. Try to make simple thing trivial
and make hard things impossible. Just my 2 cents.
