The broker that my agent recommended has given the pre-qualification of 4.75
% @ 30 years. And the agent made such a load condition based on the pre-
qualification.

Thanks for your remainder. There is an appraisal contingency in the offer
contract. I will try to talk to my agent about loan contingency to make it
more feasible.

Finally submitted the offer for a short sale at 225K for a listing price of
260K. Just pray for the response soon so that I may have a little change to

For short sale, it is not likely to get the response before April 30. In
general it is 8 weeks or longer.
