Do inspection first, if there is major problem, walk way, you loose your
inspection money. Minor problems, maybe asking seller to fix them or price
reduction.
Then appraisal. If it is lower then your offer, you can either ask price
reduction. Or come up with extra money = 0.8*(offer price - appraisal price)
. This is why I don't want to offer too much in bidding war for certain
houses, the extra money is a deal breaker.

agent对跟对方拿钱不积极~~~:(
报告上会表示出来哪些可以要钱去么?明天就跟agent见面,找人~~~~因为那个区我们
不熟悉,很犹豫用agent的人或者自己找。他推荐的比我们去其他地方拿的广告上的贵
,不过他也给我们便宜的选择。版上说自己找,但是自己找也未必好啊。网上一堆也不
知道怎么选。时间只有10天,要做很多事情呢
