Yes, you should get 4.375% 30yrs fix for a purchase loan. 4.75% is way too
high.

4.375% for 30 yr for purchase is really good.

Sometimes, origination fee works like bank/broker processing fee, sometimes,
it works like buying down points.

已经Lock了30年的4.375%，另外每个月的税和保险是选择自己付，银行也没有另外向我
