我们的合同有这样一句，
seller shall pay for buyer's closing cost up to 3% of purchasing price if
uses Wells Fargo.
意思是不是seller给我们报销closing cost？
我们在北加，我打听了一下，closing cost也就几千块钱。这样的话，如果在wells
fargo拿不到很好的rate，还不如不用。
closing cost是不是包括买房的所有费用了？title insurance，transfer tax之类的
算不算在closing cost里面？

"up to" means the max seller will pay is 3%. 如果你们没有讲定到底是多少，他
可以付0%。
shopping abound and 比较一下credit 和利息总是好的。
closing cost 不包括transfer tax and attorney fee. 至少IL是这样的。
