I know people here getting that done in the winter. Yes, all the problems
you folks mentioned are true, but what the heck, shit works. After the first
summer, there is no difference. (For those worrying about sealant, shingles
are mostly fastened by nails. Only the lower edge needs to be glued down
for high winds might blow them up.)
But they all did get a good bargain. Personally speaking, I would rather not
take that risk for a bargain.
Contractors are always that way. Don't take it personal, or racial.
