Most chinese agents are not that familiar with the west LA market.It is also
harder for them to drive from where they live, usually in the east, to west
side and show a house. When there are competing offers, the offer from the
chinese firm tends to get overlooked. If you look past these disadvatages,
Autumn Yuan is awesome. She has been helping me to look for a house in West
LA for over a year and getting really familiar with the market.

redfin needs a lot of DIY, search house by yourself, decide on offer on your
self. don't expect them to "积极"

其实 west LA 很大. Santa Monica condo 都很贵. 不知楼主的价位是多少?
