Efile之后,PP request和supporting material一块寄出。第二天网上update显示pp收
到，又过了两天网上显示140申请收到状态变成acceptance.
那PP的starting date是按第一个时间算还是第二个时间算呢？

The house we wanted to buy is in an area which goes to a shool district in
another town, this school district is better. Within 5-10 miles distance,
there are other houses go different school district, where schools are not
as good and the houses are cheaper. My loan officer told us that when
appraiser does appraisal, they check the similiar houses within certain
distance, the school district is not a factor for appraisal price. Is this
normal? Thank you.

appraiser can not use sold records for more than certain distance from the
targeted property which normally has to be within a mile and all sold
records in use have to be within certain time range.
