给了offer, 但现在发现同楼的房子卖得更便宜, 怎么办?# Living

从careercup 看到的，可能大家讨论过。不知道有没有好的解法？
You are given N ranges of date offsets when N employees are present in an
organization. Something like
1-4 (i.e. employee will come on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th day )
2-6
8-9
..
1-14
You have to organize an event on minimum number of days such that each
employee can attend the event at least twice. Write an algorithm (there is
apparently an O(n) algorithm for this).

本来还要去扫草的，结果一看aa账户里miles已经到账了，不由得一惊
目前实际只花了8000块
不过刚开卡的时候在店里买了个2000左右的包包，5分钟改主意换了另一个价位差不多的
结果相当于把第一个包退了，又买了第二个包，可能都算成10000消费里了
可是也就5分钟的决定啊，根本没想到会这么算
不知道还要不要再去扫扫草吧这个缺口补上

我最近看了个one bedroom的Coop(5楼), 一周之前, 给了Offer, $160,000. 现在律师
准备开始处理了, 卖方律师还在vacation, 所以还没正式开始.
今天刚在zillow上看到同一层楼2楼, 居然刚出了一套新卖的房子, asking price 才
149,000. 都怪自己给offer的时候对市场不了解, 报高了.
请问高手这种情况怎么办? 该给Agent说吗把offer的价格降低吗? 现在说是不是太晚了?
或者直接退掉这个offer,然后买新出的房子? 谢谢指教!

按end 排序，和non overlapping intervals类似，取每个interval的最后一天或两天。

for a condo, the higher the floors you go the pricier. not sure about your
case, but typically the difference is about $10k for each floor you move up.

想到greedy的，但是没法证明是minimum的：
1. count how many people are at work each day, and pick two days with the
maximum number of people, say D1 and D2.
2. exclude those already present twice on D1 and D2.
3. repeat 1-2 until all employee counted

You can cancel the offer any time before the seller accepts it. This is the
law.

如果总range一定，用bucketsort，基本上可以O（n）每个bucket中放的是原来range
的index

这个方法应该是对的，但是做不到O(N)啊。
而且这个方法似乎连O(M)都很难做到，假定总共有M天。如果时间跨度大，比如两个员
工，第一个[1,2]，第二个[100,101]，count each day的话就太慢了。
我也是这个思路，能想到的最好的数据结构可以达到min O(NlogN),O(MN)，不知道有没
有线性的。

先看看新出的房，是不是内装修比较好，另外楼层的原因等。可以要求卖方降价或不买
了。如果已经交了定金，可能会被收一些罚款。

不清楚为什么他要卖那么低.
谢谢建议. 我现在打算和Seller Negotiate 价格. 定金还没交, 我还来得及变.

至于远低于市场价卖的原因无外乎三个。一房主着急离开或急需现金必须尽快卖掉，二
房子有特殊情况比如死人了或者房屋结构有重大隐患，三是邻居是杀人犯强奸犯等危险
人物。

One outliner is fine. As long as the bank appraisal is higher or equal than
your offer, then you can get your loan and technically prove that your offer
is worthwhile.
