it is a short sale. it is the only house on the market for this community.
It was pending before, just back to market coz the buyer lost his job. The
price is very good.
However, it is right at the gate of the community, about 300 family live
inside...so car noise is our main concern.

房子值不值得买，价格是王道。

I agree 价格是王道。 buy it very cheap, but being bothered by noise everyday
is not a good thing yah... the house is large though...largest model in
the community...

例如楼上说了，如果这个房子现在只卖1刀，楼主会马上买吗？

真要喜欢,去实地考查一下,把车停在路边,呆一晚上,
还可以问问对面那两家的人他们感觉如何.

thank you for your idea. I don't think people living there will complain a
lot. the truth is the location is not ideal. however, nothing else on market
now.

又是在corner又是靠着一条到大路的主路，觉得可能吵且担心安全privacy不是很好，
觉得不太适宜居住
如果你们预算不是问题，建议等等其他房子

We did exactly the same thing for another house, which is pretty much in the
same surrounding like yours. Everything about that house was perfect except
the road noise. We ended up not purchasing it. The house sold after about 6
months with big discount comparing to their original asking price and all
the houses sold nearby.
FYI, keeping the windows open as much as possible is kind of a big thing for
us.

我觉得噪音应该还好，晚上蹲点去观察下，一般小区到晚上车很少的。
倒是房子基本没有privacy，四面都要被人欣赏，很多人不喜欢这个

Sigh, this is the only house in that community on the market now...
We went there last Sunay afternoon, the road south of the backyard is pretty
busy, there are cars passing there all the time...family room, kitchen,
master bedroom faces the road...
