土土地问一句：
等贷款额都福清以后，银行会自动给我寄些文档，说明贷款额为0了吗？
然后自动关闭我的帐户？那我的property tax会不会还是按时缴呢？

The bank will send a check which represents the final escrow disbursement.
You are responsible for the property tax from now on.
A mortgage satififaction document will be recorded in your local courthouse.
Once the document has been recorded, it becomes part of the official county
/city land records and available for future real estate transaction.

The letter from the bank usually will tell you what you need to do, for me I
had to take that letter to the county court house to have it recorded.
Different state might have different rules, the bank will usually tell you.
If you are not sure, call the county clerk's office and ask them.
