因为一两年后可能搬到别的城市，不过也可能不搬，所以在买房和租房之间犹豫
我们这里租房相对比较贵，1bedroom的apartment都是1千朝上的，买一个相应的condo
是15万的样子，所以如果在这里呆个5,6年的话似乎应该买个condo先住着？
我自己一个人住，lp偶尔过来一下，没小孩
另外在craigslist上看到了很多rent to own的agent,好像很灵活的样子，可以交几年
钱，几年后愿意买下来就继续交钱，不愿意买之前交的就当租金了。我看价钱好像很便
宜啊，2bedroom, 3bedroom的房也就1个月1千以内，比租1bedroom还要便宜。请问这是
怎么回事啊？有人有经验吗？谢谢了

买吧，我表哥就是花了18万买了个condo, 在宾州，反正建议买如果住多过三个年就买
个condo, 现在利息也低，建议买入

买房卖房一来一回成本大约是8%.但是有些employer的relocation package可以cover买
卖房子的成本.
买房操心事很多,还不光是钱的问题.你现在买个1B condo,就算你2年后不离开,也许又
想upgrade大房子呢?
rent to own也不见得划算,要看具体的term.当然问一下总没有坏处.

you can google/wiki it in detail but here is a jump start.
House is for sale for $100,000. The rent is $850 but Landloard ask for $1000
per month. i.e. the extra $150 will be deducted when you purchase the house
. Say the lease term is 1 year. At the end of year, you decided to not
purchase the house then you will lose all the $150*12. However, say you two
both agree to renew the lease for another year. Then your $150*12 from the
first year plus the $150*12 from the 2nd lease year will be applied to the
purchase price at the end of your lease term.
The above is just an example.
