09/2013的EB2。终于坐不住了决定降级。公司支持但不给付钱。公司御用律师最近换成
了F家（wish me good luck，没得选啊），刚刚通了电话，说费用大概2000多刀，也问
了加急的事儿，律师口风跟版上了解到的一样，说in theory, no because
we don't have the original Labor Certification，but there have some cases等
收到receipt之后再补通过了，no guarantee though。regular processing time的话4
~5个月。又跟我提了retrogression的risk，我说没关系，根据inventory来看以后3类
比2类快应该是常态，而且我这个PD这个财年应该2类没戏，律师也同意。所以就这样了
，准备降级去鸟！
