Should I use the attorney referred by my buyer agent?
Should I use the inspector referred by my buyer agent?

why do you need an attorney?

I think we need an attorney for title checking and going through

How can I do that? Shouldn't some one prepare for the documents and make
sure
title is clean? I have no idea about this.

First of all, you definitely need an attorney, unless you buying an off-
market house from a trusted friend.
Regarding your questions:

Thanks. I will find my own inspector. For the attorney, if the price is not
bad,
will take the attorney referred by the agent.
