今天收到来自NSC的RFE：
Please submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer
, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your
proffered position (if different from your current one), the date yo began
employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter should be in the
Original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is
authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter
msut also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based
visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.
各位前辈，麻烦提供个模版。我是EB1B，签名是老板呢还是系主任（140是系主任签的

NO，这个只是对新手，或者小商家。
大的出货比较多的，amazon还是很宽松的。5% negative的多得很。

这个就是EVL，HR都知道怎么办的，就写上职位，工资，nice的话稍微描述一下duty

我在 amazon买的golden vantage 30' under cabinet， 没区别。 而且三年零件保修。
神器二代其实也是山寨货宁波产的， 只一年保修。

你可以在根据你自己的情况改一改

IO不看的。我的也要求交这个。说offer letter不算的。我让学校的legal去起草
letter了。
