It's winter time now. So condensation water starts form on windows and flows
to sills. Then mold and mildew grows out. I of course can remove them with
bleach. But is there some way just preventing the growth?

道理是这样，但人受不了啊。其实屋里湿度才50%不到，问题的根源在于水都跑到窗台
上去了。所以，咋才能不长mildew呢？有什么药水能用吗？
