use cloth to wipe the whole surface with a layer of satin water based
polyurethane. cover the floor to avoid dripping. if the surface is too
smooth for poly to stick, light sand with 220 grit sandpaper first.

这个无解，只能是通风换气。别信什么橘子皮，活性炭之类的偏方，不好使的。想加快
速度，只有提高温度，加速有机溶剂的挥发速度，像汽车厂烘干油漆那样。夏天可以空
调关闭，开窗。

那得多少活性炭，得有柜子那么大才能有效吸附，一般网上人随便说的用量都是忽悠人
的。

Wishful thinking, some research found it still out-gasses after two years.
It is only a matter of speed, it decays exponentially, if it takes 3 months
for the smell drops to half, then it will take another 3 months to drop
another half. After 2 years, it still have 1/256 of original smell until the
pollutant drops to the same level as natural air quality.

logic? if you are trying prove odor absorbing doesn't work, you are
successful. and by the way, the venting method takes forever for certain
paints.

The other way of thinking is to strip off the smelly coating completely,
maybe more work but doable
