force air供暖，和AC是两个线路，所以房间里有冷风口也有暖风口。据我观察那个出
风口应该是出暖风的，但是不出风，导致温度比其他房间低不少。
老房子，手里也没有管道线路图（其实就算有我也不知道咋修）
这个情况是不是只能请人了？有DIY的可能么？

You may check youself if there is a closed damper in this branch, otherwise,
you should hire a good professional to do a bunch of tests, such as airflow
of the duct, oversized system, undersized duct, return, or design issue of
the duct.
I mean a good contractor who can disclose the issue, not those cheap techs.

冷暖气分别各自一套管道系统？没听说过。出风口和回风口吧？管道这么大的东西，跟
着看一遍，有没有关闭的地方、脱落的接头、被压住的软管、破损漏风，能修自己修，
不会就找人。

先上个照片让群众们判定一下是出风口还是回风口。

给大家上个图，都是同一个房间里拍的，三个风口
这个是空调出风口，夏天开空调会出冷风的（已验证）
这个是我认为的暖风出口，摸起来有点温，没风出来（未验证）
这个是回风口，风向里进的（已验证）

如果真像你猜测的那样一个冷风口一个暖风口，那这房子讲究，冷风从上出，暖气从下
出，合理。
出暖气的时候查了上面那个冷风口了吗？有没有暖气？大房间有几个出气口是常见的。
管道比较粗大，还是容易察看的。把挡的盖子拿掉，用手电、inspection camera看看
，阁楼、地下室看看，有没有脱落的接头。

好的谢谢，我再查查风口附近的管道
冷风口确实是没有暖气的

the first pic has the wrong register size, and the register is for return
air. are you sure this one has air out, not in?
the third register has a shutter. No return duct should have a shutter.

Those DIY projects are without any rule when I saw the pictures, the ceiling
register secured on the quarter-round molding is ridiculous. So I guess
there are lots of mistakes done in the duct system.
You can use any grille on a return inlet but like this, it generates a lot
of pressure to the blower and could damage it very soon.
This system (at least those pics) has done something wrong on the duct
system, so finding a professional to correct those defects could be a smart
start.

楼上两位说得对，这房子上上下下很多地方都是前房主DIY的，错误百出
不影响大局的我就不理了，现在着手修复明显影响使用的

检查一下炉子上面的各个出风管道，每个出风口都有一个开关。

你可以买一个thermal camera看到墙后面的冷/ 热管道。业余级别的thermal camera也
就200~300刀。也可以帮你明确验证到底有没有热气出来。如果如楼上所说有damper被
关掉了，你还能看到damper的位置，因为damper的一侧会是热的，另一侧是冷的。
