I want to set my parents (chinese citizens) as gadiant for my kid (US
citizen) in the will. i.e. I wish my kid can live in China with parents in

Why can't? You can discuss with your lawyer for details.

Should I find a chinese-native lawyer in US, -- i.e. they may have similar
cases/experience. Or go with an american ones.
How do find a good lawyer, I also want to set up living revocable trust. do
they usually do that altogether, or refer me to somebody else

Here is my understanding
Instead of sending your kid back to China, your parents can apply for PR
because they are the guadiants of your kids.
