不是律师。但说两句：
1）即使小孩说错话，做错事，甚至杀了人，其家长如果没有参与或帮助孩子，几乎不
可能起诉家长。原因是：孩子就是孩子，不是成人，不可能对自己的行为负责，也不可
能控制自己的行为。
2）我估计没有人会起诉那个男孩。
3）最有可能是起诉 Jimmy Kimmel。这个节目估计会归纳为讽刺剧 (satire)，因为吉

himself/herself on the show, and the adults failed to censor the segment,
then it's clearly ground for child abuse.

这同样牵扯到起诉资格的问题。试问：谁是当事人？你还是孩子？如果是你，你不合格
；因为你没有被虐待，没有被伤害。如果是孩子起诉 Jimmy Kimmel，应该是孩子自己
或孩子的家长自己去起诉，好像不可能吧；他们数钱还来不及呢，怎么可能把财神宰了
？如果是孩子起诉自己家长，那么会有几种情况：
1）你让孩子直接起诉。好像也不大可能，连孩子自己都没有感觉到任何伤害，如何起
诉啊？你所说的未来孩子可能感到伤害，那也得等到他觉醒的那天再说。现在不行。
2）你让儿童保护组织起诉。同样，你得证明这个孩子已经被虐待了，不管不行了。这

我也是类似的情况，STATEMENT上显示的点数没有问题，就是AA账户一直收不到，我联
系CITI说已经通知AA，但AA最近可能因为与US合并，系统更新会慢一点。我准备等等看

The kid's right to speech and the audience's right to laugh and Jimmy Kimmel

to say whatever they like, if indeed that's what he wants to say. But
Disney/Jimmy Kimmel has a responsibility to edit out that part to protect
the kids and protect their own brand. Or make up for it somehow.
If not, face the consequences: lawsuits and a tarnished brand.

你如果想反驳他的观点, 请针对他说的这个, 说说你觉得谁去sue最好.
而不是在他已经说的这么清楚(没有人既有资格也有意愿去sue)的情况下,

murder and genocide, killing all the Chinese. Either that was a laugh
track or real audience.
These kids were either fed the lines, or made it up spontaneously. In the
latter case, some adults should have the presence of mind to cut it.
As it is, the cat is out of bag. Disney has to face it, try to make honest
amends to the Chinese and American kids.
