非常感谢大家和叶公的支持！
资助点的翻译，还请各位牛人在帮助考虑一下。
资助点一般指有资助项目的地方，一般是一个县之类的，region感觉范围大了些
另外资助点不一定接受资金支持，比如图书项目、建校项目等，就是实物支持
所以请大家再帮助想想？

I agree, it's better to be consistent on what to use.
Below are some words in 1.3.3. Are these okay?
人力组: Human Resources Group
退出机制: exit plan
监察组: Auditing Group
图书组: Books Group

会比较统一。

这个资助点，我也想不好该怎么翻，大家看看有什么合适的说法？

OCEF-aided locations怎么样？
我觉得这个“资助点”应该是特指ocef资助的县区，光用finiance-aided的话说得不够
清楚，而且象前面有人说过的，还有实物资助

Here's an update on how to translate 退出机制. Your opinions are appreciated.
"今年我们将加强退出机制的执行" may mean that "This year we will reinforce
the implementation of the withdrawal policy", to withdraw the financial aid
if their conditions do not meet the requirements any more.
If so, then 退出机制 is "withdrawal policy".
In another sentence, "这项工作我们预期于春季学期进行筹备，于秋季学期退出",
it sounds to mean "We plan to arrange this in the spring semester, and
finish it in the fall semester".
That 退出 is "finishing".

后面一个“退出”是“推出”的笔误吧？没道理用“退出”而不是更直截了当的“结束
”。
同意withdrawal比exit好。

This is a question I am also not quite sure of. In 1.3.3 that I
translated, there's "代课教师的清退信息", and I used
"whether the substitute teachers are properly dispelled"
I think that it's a question whether those teachers are sent out by OCEF
and they are there only for a temporary time to replace some bad teachers
(aka substitute for somebody else), or whether the positions are
temporary, and once they are gone, there's no more teacher (aka
temporary).
Could anyone from OCEF to confirm what you want to say?

my translation was: " employment release of Temporary Teachers"
just for reference, not sure if it's correct. (I don't think they are
dispelled).

Thanks a lot for the link. Now I understand that 代课教师 meant 乡村教师, who
are not supported by government fully. They are not the substitute
teachers for anyone else. They are the most appreciated ones.
Here's the corresponding page in Chinese to the page that you showed me.

Does 代课教师清退 refer to that the teacher is voluntarily resigned from the
teacher's position, or does it just mean that the teacher is no longer
qualified for the Teacher Aid, but he is still a teacher?

代课教师清退，请有经验的义工来讲讲。我理解是国家政策规定不让学校雇代课教师，
所以是等于把他们解雇了。他们应该不是自愿被解雇的，是被动的把。
至于这个项目帮助对象是否是没有清退的教师，还需要义工确认。我理解是帮助没有清
退的代课教师。

I see. This makes sense. OCEF only 帮助没有清退的代课教师, since they are
still teachers, otherwise if being 清退, they are no longer teachers, and
they can't accept the Teacher's Aid any more.

恩，这个项目是帮忙那些请不起正式教师或请不到，只能雇用代课教师的地方，给代课
教师一些补助和精神的支持，让他们能安心教课，让当地的孩子们不至于因缺乏教师而
失学。

图书组我们一直都是用的library，因为我们的目的就是帮乡村学校建图书室，当然如
果有些学校没有条件建一个图书室（比如没有可以来做图书室的屋子），我们也同意让
他们把图书分散在各个班级建图书角。
虽然我们也阅读夏令营和其他一些鼓励学生阅读的项目，但是都是图书室项目派生出来
的，所以我建议图书组还是继续用library group.

I agree with this more.
图书组 is a team in OCEF to work on 图书项目, but not the managers of the
libraries in each school, whether such library rooms exist or not, or
whether 图书组 can help build such rooms or not. 图书馆 is also a much
expanded concept now involving not only books, but also media, CD, DVD, etc.
图书组 translated as Library Group is clearer in its meaning.

对，只是买书。我说的“改善”是增加图书数量的意思，不是说对房子的改善：）
3000 RMB只能买到100－200本书吧。报告里说，对于充分利用图书室的学校，ocef会捐
更多的书给他们

你说得很对，3000RMB只是给一个图书室配书的钱，不包括提供设备和建筑费用。
在OCEF，设备资助和校舍建设是属于特殊项目组的，就不算图书组的了，哪怕就是帮学
校买图书设备和建一间房子做阅览室。

OCEF-aided locations怎么样？
我觉得这个“资助点”应该是特指ocef资助的县区，光用finiance-aided的话说得不够
清楚，而且象前面有人说过的，还有实物资助

Here's an update on how to translate 退出机制. Your opinions are appreciated.
"今年我们将加强退出机制的执行" may mean that "This year we will reinforce
the implementation of the withdrawal policy", to withdraw the financial aid
if their conditions do not meet the requirements any more.
If so, then 退出机制 is "withdrawal policy".
In another sentence, "这项工作我们预期于春季学期进行筹备，于秋季学期退出",
it sounds to mean "We plan to arrange this in the spring semester, and
finish it in the fall semester".
That 退出 is "finishing".

后面一个“退出”是“推出”的笔误吧？没道理用“退出”而不是更直截了当的“结束
”。

This is a question I am also not quite sure of. In 1.3.3 that I
translated, there's "代课教师的清退信息", and I used
"whether the substitute teachers are properly dispelled"
I think that it's a question whether those teachers are sent out by OCEF
and they are there only for a temporary time to replace some bad teachers
(aka substitute for somebody else), or whether the positions are
temporary, and once they are gone, there's no more teacher (aka
temporary).
Could anyone from OCEF to confirm what you want to say?

just for reference, not sure if it's correct. (I don't think they are

Thanks a lot for the link. Now I understand that 代课教师 meant 乡村教师, who
are not supported by government fully. They are not the substitute
teachers for anyone else. They are the most appreciated ones.
Here's the corresponding page in Chinese to the page that you showed me.

Does 代课教师清退 refer to that the teacher is voluntarily resigned from the
teacher's position, or does it just mean that the teacher is no longer
qualified for the Teacher Aid, but he is still a teacher?

代课教师清退，请有经验的义工来讲讲。我理解是国家政策规定不让学校雇代课教师，
所以是等于把他们解雇了。他们应该不是自愿被解雇的，是被动的把。
至于这个项目帮助对象是否是没有清退的教师，还需要义工确认。我理解是帮助没有清

I see. This makes sense. OCEF only 帮助没有清退的代课教师, since they are
still teachers, otherwise if being 清退, they are no longer teachers, and
they can't accept the Teacher's Aid any more.

教师一些补助和精神的支持，让他们能安心教课，让当地的孩子们不至于因缺乏教师而

图书组我们一直都是用的library，因为我们的目的就是帮乡村学校建图书室，当然如
果有些学校没有条件建一个图书室（比如没有可以来做图书室的屋子），我们也同意让
他们把图书分散在各个班级建图书角。
虽然我们也阅读夏令营和其他一些鼓励学生阅读的项目，但是都是图书室项目派生出来
的，所以我建议图书组还是继续用library group.

I agree with this more.
图书组 is a team in OCEF to work on 图书项目, but not the managers of the
libraries in each school, whether such library rooms exist or not, or
whether 图书组 can help build such rooms or not. 图书馆 is also a much
expanded concept now involving not only books, but also media, CD, DVD, etc.
图书组 translated as Library Group is clearer in its meaning.

对，只是买书。我说的“改善”是增加图书数量的意思，不是说对房子的改善：）
3000 RMB只能买到100－200本书吧。报告里说，对于充分利用图书室的学校，ocef会捐
更多的书给他们

你说得很对，3000RMB只是给一个图书室配书的钱，不包括提供设备和建筑费用。
在OCEF，设备资助和校舍建设是属于特殊项目组的，就不算图书组的了，哪怕就是帮学
校买图书设备和建一间房子做阅览室。
