My Advice: Don't go for a small company before you get your greencard.
I had a very BAD experience (I mean VERY BAD) with small company. You don't
have a greencard, you are vulnerable, and small companies tend to take
advantage of you (You see how I screwed up greencard application? There're
more stories behind that than I have told you guys. Anyway, avoid small
companies.)
Stay in school or find a big company. My company, CIBER, which may be bad, but
at least they have rules. There's no rules i

Totally agree.
小公司适合养老， no rules, flexible work arrangements - small firms are for
people with experience.
But for people who just start their careers, small companies are not the place
to be. No rules, no training, no feedback on your work... Unless you have no
other options, avoid small companies.
I recently quit my job and am trying to get into the big 4. My boss has been
talking about giving me a project to do since summer, but his promise has
